SMS Pavilion

SMS Pavilion privacy and enquiry information

This page explains information involved in the website enquiry route and how it is used. Submit only what is needed to understand the question and keep sensitive account information out of a message.

Information involved

The form accepts a name, email address and message. Submissions are stored in the site administration area and reviewed to understand and respond to the enquiry. Necessary access and security records support site operation, troubleshooting and limiting repeated submissions.

What not to submit

Do not provide passwords, live verification codes, production API keys, identity documents or full customer lists. A redacted timeline, error and limited relevant records are usually a better way to describe an issue.

Corrections and handling requests

Use the contact route to request a correction, deletion or an end to further contact. Include an approximate enquiry time and only the identifying information needed to locate it. Requests require verification so another person’s information is not disclosed.

Retention and scope

Information should be kept for enquiry handling and necessary security purposes rather than used as an unrelated collection source. An actual service involving additional data, another processor or a cross-region transfer needs its own explanation. This page does not replace unconfirmed product-specific privacy terms.
