Holiday messages need their own schedule. A greeting, a business deadline and an account event may occur near the same holiday, but they do not have the same timing requirements. SMS Pavilion recommends separating their purposes before combining them into a seasonal plan.
Distinguish the reason for contact

An order or account notice should follow the actual event and the needs of the task. Moving every necessary notification into a holiday campaign window can make the message early, late or inaccurate. Identify which events require their own timing and which optional messages can be planned more flexibly.
A greeting should not hide a material business change. If a deadline or availability arrangement has changed, make the change understandable. Warm wording does not replace a clear date, an applicable time zone and a useful next step.
Optional seasonal contact should also reflect the recipient conditions for that purpose. A previous purchase is not a reason to assume that every holiday promotion is welcome. The business should know how stopping choices affect later schedules and related campaigns.
Do not invent the support calendar
A website should not announce office closures, reopening times or around-the-clock support without confirmation from the people responsible. A calendar copied from an old company page cannot establish SMS Pavilion's current arrangement. If the schedule is not known, the draft should not make it up.
Once an arrangement is confirmed, check it across the website, messages and internal handover notes. The contact route should still be useful when a recipient follows it. A link to an unattended or expired page can turn a simple notice into an avoidable support problem.

Keep responsibilities visible. Someone should know who can approve a change, who updates the message and who handles an exception. A general seasonal plan is not a substitute for an agreed service arrangement.
Rehearse the late-reading case
A recipient may open the message after the holiday or after the stated deadline. The destination should explain the current state rather than repeating an invitation that is no longer valid. Dates such as tonight or tomorrow need particular care because their meaning depends on reading time.
Use controlled examples to test links, language and the relevant action. There is no need to distribute real customer lists for a routine rehearsal. If a problem occurs, record the expected result and the observed state with a redacted reference.
For a discussion with SMS Pavilion, a plan showing purposes, time rules and owners is more useful than a single bulk sending date. Actual service capacity, support coverage and fees need separate confirmation. A good holiday plan allows the business to change what is flexible while keeping necessary information accurate and understandable throughout the period.
Keep a list of the messages affected by a schedule change within the working plan. That list should identify the current versions and owners, without becoming a new repository of customer information. It helps the team update the right material when arrangements change.
